What is included in the free profile?
Your name, logo, services and prices on the marketplace, quote requests, estimates, invoices, card pay links, a customer list and reviews. A business number, an employee, connectors and Zelle, Cash App or Venmo on invoices come with paid plans.
How do payments and fees work?
Cash, Zelle, check and bank transfers made outside DropRyde cost 0%. On card payments through DropRyde you pay 3.5% and your customer pays a matching 3.5% plus card processing at checkout. Payouts go to your bank in a daily batch.
What can a highly capable employee do?
Answer calls and messages in your business's name, recognise returning customers, take enquiries and messages for you, take appointment requests, and log every conversation. Over text and WhatsApp it can also send estimates and invoices in your brand, log income and expenses and make flyers. It never invents a price, and anything that moves money waits for your yes. Appointments are saved as requests for you to confirm.
Which channels does an employee support?
Phone calls, SMS and WhatsApp (chat and calls), plus email for the owner. Business numbers are US numbers today; WhatsApp works wherever your customers are.
Can I keep my business identity?
Yes. On paid plans your name and logo go on every call, text, invoice and page. The free profile shows a small 'listed on DropRyde' line on the marketplace only.
Can customers find and book a provider?
Yes. Customers browse the marketplace, ask about availability and request a booking. The provider confirms the time.
Does DropRyde support dispatch and teams?
Yes. Coordinators run a network of providers from the coordinator portal: create jobs, dispatch them, plan routes and earn on jobs in their network.
What industry solutions are available?
Home and local services, property management and professional services are available now. Fleet OS for trucking is in a pilot. Villa bookings run on a separate site built on the same platform.
Can I cancel a paid plan?
Yes. There's no contract. Cancel from your plan page and you drop back to the free Marketplace Profile.
