Question 1

Is DropRyde really free?

Yes. Your Marketplace Profile is free forever: customers near you can find you, request quotes and pay you. Paid plans start at $49 a month and add your own business number and an AI assistant that answers for you.

Question 2

What does it cost when I get paid?

Accepted Answer

Nothing on cash, Zelle, check or bank transfers made outside DropRyde. On card payments through DropRyde you pay 3.5%, and the customer pays a matching 3.5% plus card processing at checkout.

Question 3

Who is behind DropRyde?

Accepted Answer

DropRyde is built and run by Ariel Rodriguez, a York, PA business owner who ran his own trucking company and runs a property management company. Text the team on WhatsApp at (610) 904-3554.

Question 4

Will my customers see DropRyde or my business?

Accepted Answer

Your business. On paid plans your name and logo go on every call, text, invoice and page. The free profile shows a small listed-on-DropRyde line on the marketplace only.

Question 5

Is there a contract?

Accepted Answer
